Restaurant week

Last week was restaurant week and so.. we decided to book this restaurant place called Laterria Mozarella Bar at 40 duxton hill. It was on a Sunday afternoon,the ambiance was great, the food was exceptionally good and the service was awesome. When we entered, we were seated and served complimentary bread with olive oil which was refreshing. First time we had bread with oil but it was pretty good.

Next the 1st course was some cheese with avocado mousse and cherry tomato, which was AWESOME <3 Except that I didnt like the cheese but Jeannette liked it though. She got that atars taste.;) After that came the highlight! The beef cheek with mashed potatoes! THE BEEF CHEEK WAS SO TENDER THAT IT LITERALLY MELTED. You have to try it to believe it, it was just sooooo good. :d  Followed by the tiramisu as dessert, which was pretty nice but nothing exciting about it. Now I will let the pictures do the talking.

                    Complimentary bread was given. With the olive oil it was rather pleasant and fresh.
